      Work Life balance is great

      Cons

      FMLA rights were violated and HR and management doesnt care Clent has unreasonable expectations and management wont go to back for me Im expected to do things that my white counterpart wasnt expected to do when they had the position Few people of color in management positions Diversity and Inclusion isnt really practiced Same people get promoted or if you are white

      Pros

      Education assistance if you can get approval - good luck. Sabbatical. But it isn't a separate benefit. You just used your accrued paid time off for the year.

      Cons

      The pay is poor, and the room for advancement is pitiful. It's a dinosaur of a company that's slow to do anything. They only switched from IBM Notes a few years ago. They care more about hitting their diversity targets than actual business contributions.
