Pros

I have worked for other large (even bigger than Sun Life) Fortune 100 insurance and financial companies, and none of the companies have benefit packages close to what Sun Life offers. Employee benefits is SOLELY their business in the U.S., so it's no surprise the superior benefits that are offered. For those who claim salaries are not competitive; you get what you negotiate. I worked for a company praised for "competitive" salaries, and I make 25% more at Sun Life.

Cons

The U.S. headquarters is not a fancy building. To be named as the U.S. headquarters, I expected a top-notch facility.

Pros

highly competitive Insurance company in the word.

Cons

managers are difficult to give competitive salaries to their secretaries, delegate more works even personal needs and of their families. No bonus when it comes to Christmas (December).
