Poor pay, Over-booking patients, not enough personnel working to share the workload, really overworked coworkers ESPECIALLY the nurses, which led to some tense situations and made some grumpy and passive aggressive, but I honestly get why. Patients would constantly complain about their prescriptions not being received by the pharmacy. You're required to deescalate these issues regardless of how poor this perscription system works. Seems as though senior management cares more about the numbers they need for funding rather than the quality of care for their patients. The harder you work, the more u give them an incentive to put more responsibility on you without much recognition or reward.
