Decent pay but short sessions and high caseload
Pros
At the time I worked here, the pay for LM and LCSW's was higher than any other clinics I'd looked at. That might have changed now. The clinic did a lot for the community. --They did give administrative break time, about 3hrs in the week, and you could choose how to break it up.
Cons
---Back to back 30 minute client sessions (a little extra for kids); paltry 30 minute lunch break and have to fight for space and microwave in the staff kitchen. By the time you heat up, you have maybe 5-10 mins to eat. Or you can go out or order, but it's still a rush. --- The automated phone system was not at all user-friendly. Have to press like 3 buttons just to get to the main menu, and then press more buttons for the department you need. Clients complained routinely and would get confused.
