Pros

Benefits are pretty good. 401k with 5% match is good too. Paid holidays off. Not much is good here. Bank schedule is pretty good.

Cons

Everything. They take advantage of you and everything is the tellers' fault. The pay is terrible. The job is horrible. So stressful and not worth it.

Pros

Great benefits package. Room to move up Great HR people and recruiters

Cons

Disjointed company Insufficient pay for expectations Very political workplace High Turnover Micromanagement Unattainable Goals -SunTrust management is brainwashed into a goal driven, number game. They want you to prioritize the clients that will get you the best referrals. -I felt overscrutinized at every turn. (A sigh was called negative) -When questions are asked about why we are doing something, it is considered negative. (Questions do not represent negativity) -Working as a team is great, but we are truly paid to be nice and considerate to customers, and it is hard to work as a team when everyone that you work with goes behind your back with every problem that they may have with you instead of coming to you with it. - All mistakes, no matter how small work their way up to higher management. Nothing can just be handled without your branch manager, operations manager, and region manager, maybe even the security officer knowing.

Pros

Benefits and hours are ok. Training is great but far. Reimbursed for the mileage and time spent. Great employee perks. Discounts at theme parks, shopping sites etc.

Cons

Long 10 hour days including Sundays. Computer systems are outdated. Management is a joke and hire underqualified applicants. Uneducated higher up management also. Incosistent across the whole footprint of SunTrust.
