      A great bank going through massive changes -- avoid for now.

      Dedicated employees Conservative work culture Friendly climate Middle management's personal concern for employees

      Cons

      Lack of technology and proper application systems. Lack of opportunities to grow and advance. Senior management offer a lack of direction and is very quick to offer 'reinventions'. Corporate objectives change like the wind.

      Pros

      They pay for part of your masters degree program which was extremely beneficial to completing my degree. Additionally, the health insurance is pretty good.

      Cons

      The company does not care about their employees and are willing to do whatever it takes to make a profit. They make you take surveys about your happiness but they do not really care.

      Great employees who really care about clients. Opportunity for advancement and training for advancement is available.

      Cons

      Great employees get punished if goals aren't met but goals are difficult to meet with account options that can't compete with competitors.
