      Unchallenging work environment but Short work schedule

      A rather relaxed work environment Decent office buildings and food court Most people work only 8am to 5pm schedule, minimal overtime

      Management is old school Work place is political Employees are not the brightest Very limited employee development process in place

      Extremely short staffed, lack of communication between management, no consideration to employees, lack of training, worst work experience I've had in my 10 years of banking

      Pros

      This was a valuable experience. Hired me on once i was done with internship. Very conservative company could work for those who are not too sales pushy.

      Cons

      Conservative company could also be a bad thing. Bonus systems was almost set against you so that you did not earn.
