Pros
A large company with many different paths to take in the financial services arena and the rank and file are solid folks and enjoyed the many relationships developed over the years.
Cons
Strategic decisions are made in isolation and communication is poor from upper management team. Too many solid people come and go as opportunities are limited vertically and technology among the worst in the industry and they are aware of it but do nothing about it.
