      Awful place to advance your career, unless you are already at management level

      Pros

      Great 401k and benefits package Lots of vacation time compared to other institutions Work/Life balance is good - can usually take time off when needed

      Cons

      Raises are offensive. Corporate policies put a cap on pay increases for employees (usually 2-3%) The only form of meaningful compensation is through Management and Executive bonuses. Good luck getting there if you aren't already at that level. Promotion structure is vaguely subjective and not clearly communicated

      The benefits package. The Training resources. The philosophy.

      Cons

      sales goals not applied according to position and experience.unrealistic goals. fear based management. miserable teammates."one Team" does not exist. no compensation for working skeleton crew. inappropriate actions taken against employees for not meeting goals. doesn't take entire responsibility and scope of job into consideration when giving the review.

      Pros

      Good Training. Company has a focus on customer service. There is plenty of opportunities to grow as a banker. Co-workers have always been easy to work with. Always had a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Upper management is constantly developing new ideas to drive sales that have no practical use in the real world. Pay is below industry average and the annual raises are non-existent. Goals are often unattainable. Top down micro-management at its finest. Can't keep good talent due to lousy pay
