Paycheck of course Paid Holidays (10/ year) Location Vacation Time (min 80hrs/ year) Friendly Teammates Customer Service Focused Ongoing Training (i guess)
Cons
Turnover rate is horrible, and not turnover is not high because teammates are constantly promoted, its high because teammates are constantly leaving... some of which go to other financial institutions. The company is so customer focused, that they tend to forget about the employees. Alot of the "technology" is OUTdated When turnover is high, the schedule is ridiculous and makes you feel like you are having to suffer because management is "pushing" employees out the door.
