      Very good work/life balance. Very competitive salary.

      Cons

      Very slow career progression, and little opportunities for advancement. Tend to get stuck within one service line and stay there.

      Pros

      SunTrust has a good, fair benefits package and most of the people you wok with are great, with the exception of a few, which you can always find anwhere you go work for. SunTrust as a company looks out for employees, even if immediate management fails to do so.

      Cons

      I can only speak for the department I work with, but I am very disapointed with management as they are not fair, ethical, and lack a lot of integrity. They allow lazy employees who are also unethical and have no integrity to get away with their bad actions. My manager overlooks good employees and praises the bad ones, allowing them to do things that are not okay with Suntrust. Unfortunately in most companies those who kiss butt will succeed.
