Pay is ridiculous in how low it is Commissions are a joke. Why even pay them? Company is continually looking for ways to increase sales production while lowering commissions Like most banks now -- it's hard to do business, even with great clients Sick time is a joke. Unless you have a note, like a second grader, you are not allowed to call in sick. It is suggested that you schedule sick days in advance. I've also been told that the company does not want or frown upon employees using them.

Salary growth is pretty minimal unless you press hard for a raise / promotion. Also there doesnt seem to be much recognition for people that work harder than others.
