Pros

Competitive pay - most I've ever gotten paid for the job I'm in. Professional work environment. Benefits after 1 month.

Cons

Outdated, ineffective software. Complete lack of communication between departments and branches. Unrealistically strict attendence policy - counts an occurence whether you miss an entire day or are one minute late. Training was a crash course. You have to be in your current position for one year before you can even think about moving around in the company. Management style is authoriarian.
