Pros

Sales goals are not to horrible. Stringent, but not as bad as others.

Cons

Anytime you are sick and use sick time provided it counts as an occurence. You receive an occurence wether you are late to work, leave 15 minutes early, or take off the entire day. Why give 40 hours of sick time if you penalize you employee for using it? And what's the point in coming in at all if it counts as an occurence?

Pros

I worked in a great department with a great manager. Company wide the benefits are excellent and the opportunity for growth is there for people who want to grow.

Cons

Because the company is so large, while my experience was great another person may have a bad career experience. Depends on the state/division and manager you have.

Pros

It is a large organization with comprehensive solutions for its customers. As with most super regional and large banks, focus these days is on non - interest income.

Cons

Management has some difficulty communicating with such a large group of employees. We once had a group meeting which included almost 2,000 employees.
