      Strong management in Finance Ability to employ innovative thinking Opportunities exist to move around and try new things Effort is made to retain strong performers

      Cons

      Poor infrastructure: Reporting lines are not optimal for success Systems are antiquated or poor in most cases cart before horse in trying to do business we don't have an infrastructure for as a result of being a regional bank trying to play with the big boys Due to poor economic times, resources are strained - do more with less people and less errors

      Pros

      Fairly easy job if you are intelligent, but not much else and you will get restless.

      Cons

      Management is a politically correct nightmare. Excellence is not acknowledged. Sales and customers base is dwindling, but they cannot be bothered to keep anyone who is valuable to the company. Ridiculous emphasis on customer service trumps all else.

      Pros

      vacation time for level professional jobs is 3 weeks. can be 4 weeks if you are an officer. work at home 2x per week. good location in downtown atlanta

      Cons

      paying for parking downtown is $95/month. sometimes workload exceeds 50 hrs per week. management communication downstream is slow and limited. no room for advancement. if you receive an advanced degree while employed, doesn't make a difference in your bottom line or work responsibilities.
