Pros

Outstanding learning curve. They offer a lot of knowledge that is easily accessible to anyone and everyone within the company who want to progress.

Cons

They no longer care for their employees at all. "Corporate Politics" plays a huge roll in the organizational infrastructure. You aren't going to go very far up the ladder without becoming "best friends" with those that are considered "decision makers". I have seen really unproductive people get in rolls easily that others who are highly productive and have the numbers to show for it struggle for and ultimately end up not getting. Also, Job stability is simply not with this company any longer. Your job will always be on the line and they can lay you off or your whole department, for that matter, from one day to the next.

Pros

-Bonus -Work/life balance -Teammates can become best friends -Looks good on resume -Benefits are cheap upfront, but out-of-pocket costs can be costly -Constantly busy

Cons

-Branch manager has more management experience, but can't do job so you are forced to pick up their slack and they get all of the credit. -Stuck getting sub-par pay while playing more than four-roles w/in the branch. -Pulled in numerous directions ALL the time. No one has any consideration for your time or level or stress. -Only want you to advance their way. If you see another opp you're qualified for in another department, forget about it. -The HelpLine and FSU are the worst. They act like we do not work for the same company and are enemies.

Pros

Good Benefits, Excellent 401 k match, many perks.

Cons

Working at this place was a living hell. Senior managers with no management experience are permitted to scream, ridicule and belittle their employees on a constant basis. Senior Managers don't respect their employees. Many employees in this company are being robbed of their dignity and bullied by their managers on a daily basis. Other managers and HR know who the abusers are but do nothing to correct the problem. Employees end up in sick leave with stress related problems like anxiety, panic attacks, stomach problems, high blood pressure, and bleeding ulcers. To confirm what I am saying all you need to do is to check the employee turnover rate at this company and the number of openings - not unusual for a manager to have up to 9 openings.
