Dont offer enough holidays off

Management is a waste at my store, they lie about everything and to new hires to get them through the door but the truth comes out very quickly once they start. I started off making two dollars more than another driver that has been with the company eleven years. The pto is okay but what you get is meant for sick days and vacation or any other time off work so if you get two weeks "vacation" then any time you need off expect to use vacation for it. The benefits are expensive and not even worth the money. They don't want you to move up and expect you to be in your one position till you retire. No one stays here long, the average employee at my store is under three years. Take a job if thats all you need but don't expect a career here and be sure to cover you butt on everything you do.
