Depending on certain situations there can be a disconnect between inside sales, outside sales, and service. Each department is told different procedures and it will feel like no one is on the same page and nothing gets resolved. The issues get repeated. Certain accounts get away with way too much as far as billing and credit issues go and no one takes the time to investigate what happened before issuing a credit. Pay is not much for inside sales and benefits aren't that great
