Pros
Leadership: I've had two leaders throughout my time here and they have both been motivating and supportive. They've helped me reach my biggest goals and are very understanding when I need to prioritize my well-being/work-life balance. Colleagues: I can speak on behalf of all the teams I have been on. They have continuously been filled with great people. I work in a sales team, but I've not experienced a toxic/competitive vibe. It's quite the opposite. We give each other tips, emotional support when needed and cheer each other on when we close deals and milestones are hit.
Cons
We've been through a major transition as an organization. It was not easy to navigate. I did not feel prepared. I was able to count on my leader and our team to hold down the fort. What could have been a big problem for me, personally, ended up being a moment that I was able to build closer relationships and find myself enjoying my time and team here even more.
