      Pros

      Super friendly office! I feel like everyone is here to help me out and support me. Strong company culture where people hang out together outside of the office. Casual dress which is nice. Busy work environment where there is always a lot going on, but in a good way. Management makes you feel like they really care about who they hire and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      The company is growing pretty quickly, so sometimes it feels like things are a bit rushed but growth is a good thing.

      Pros

      Flexible schedules. Great pay. Promotions/ raises are based more on performance over seniority. Managers who are understanding and supportive. Diverse work environment. The way Sunbit does business is different from other companies. Even when doing collecting they don't hound people and harass them. They appreciate and reward hard work. They are constantly pushing me to do better. I will be with this company for a long time.

      Cons

      This is a growing business and things can change very fast. Sunbit is constantly adding new partnerships and making changes to be more effective. If you cant adapt quickly and multitask, this might be a hard job for you.
