Pros

The founders and upper management of Sunbit are some of the most motivating and inspirational people I’ve worked for in my career. The best financing product on the market, with constant product improvement and innovation. Employees are passionate and care about what they are doing and the positive impact we have on our customers and our partners.

Cons

Not a traditional 9-5 office job.

Pros

I first applied to Sunbit in 2024 but didn’t get the role. In 2025 the recruiter was hiring again for an Account Manager position that fit my background perfectly, so I applied again. During the interview I confidently told her, “This role is mine.” Now I’m proud to say I work at Sunbit. It’s truly an incredible company. Everyone is friendly, smart, and hardworking, and the culture is very supportive and collaborative. I really enjoy being part of the team. We currently work in the office four days a week and remotely on Fridays. The only thing I would love to see is a slightly more flexible hybrid schedule, ideally 2–3 days in the office. Other than that, it’s a great place to work.

Cons

Would love to see a more flexible hybrid model (2–3 days in office instead of 4)

Pros

Being an SDR at Sunbit is a unique experience compared to other sales roles. The culture is genuinely supportive, and the team environment makes a big difference. Leadership encourages collaboration, and everyone is focused on helping each other hit milestones rather than competing internally. It creates a motivating atmosphere where you can grow, learn, and improve your sales skills while being part of a team that actually wants to see you succeed.

Cons

There honestly aren’t many downsides. Like any sales role, there can be challenging periods, but leadership is always very present and supportive when things get tough. Management is approachable and willing to help the team work through obstacles, which makes it easier to stay motivated and continue improving.
