      Pros

      Sunbit is a gem in the fintech industry. The collaborative environment, innovative projects, and supportive colleagues make it an ideal place to thrive. I feel valued and appreciated here, and the company's commitment to employee well-being is commendable. Great management, Their support and guidance have been instrumental in my success at the company. Grateful to be part of such an innovative company!

      Specifically in my role, there is a lot of travel, but it is very doable and you get the chance to go to places you may have otherwise not gone to.

      Excellent leadership across all divisions, always willing to listen to employee feedback, act quickly to solve problems and improve processes. Continuous improvement and growth. Unquestionably the best product on the market, virtually zero churn because the company actually delivers what it promises. Growth focused with clear goals and support to achieve them.

      You have to be willing to work hard but you'll be rewarded when you do.
