      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers - they have a knack for hiring awesome talent. Great product - they are delivering a product every employee believes in. Flexible work hours - there is the option to work outside the traditional 9-5. Highly innovative company, exciting opportunities to grow if you're on the right team. A genuine desire to be a good place to work.

      Cons

      Old-school management style in a majority of departments. No pay transparency or clear understanding of why people are paid more than others. Flat corporate structure, short promotional ladder Vague D&I mission, clearly not a focus for the company
