Just another company that thinks they are the "good guys"

Pros

Flexibility with hours, employees are wonderful (does not apply to managers and executives), free laptop and free parking.

Cons

Elitist environment and they don't actually care about you. Only the upper-level employees are well-taken care of, the rest get crappy pay and raises and its very obvious.

Flexible schedules. Great pay. Promotions/ raises are based more on performance over seniority. Managers who are understanding and supportive. Diverse work environment. The way Sunbit does business is different from other companies. Even when doing collecting they don't hound people and harass them. They appreciate and reward hard work. They are constantly pushing me to do better. I will be with this company for a long time.

Cons

This is a growing business and things can change very fast. Sunbit is constantly adding new partnerships and making changes to be more effective. If you cant adapt quickly and multitask, this might be a hard job for you.

The job itself was easy but there's an annoying high school culture were the managers play favorites. If you aren't on the favorites list you don't get heard. Then the ones who do get heard end up with such big heads, it's like high school all over again! Pay was low. If you are looking to advance in your career this isn't the place for you.
