      Pros

      Contributing to a business that is making a meaningful impact. Down to earth people who operate without pretension. Everyone has a Get Stuff Done attitude. We're all in it together.

      Cons

      We move quickly, are hyper-focused, and passionate. This may be difficult for some people to keep up with. I think it's a good thing, but that is the nature of any young tech company.

      Pros

      Everyone has a voice in this company. Only thing that is constant here is change for the better. Leadership always look on how to make not on the product better but also how we as employees can get better. No layoffs during the pandemic and our product is utilized even more during these times.

      NA - If you don’t like to work hard and see the benefits from it, this is not the place for you.
