Pros

Benefits are not the best but not the worst. Talented and hard working individuals that are dedicated to the company.

Cons

Unprofessional behavior and inappropriate language used by multiple members. Disruptive and loud voice tones used which makes it impossible to concentrate on your task or project. Leader is oblivious to this and enables it by staying quiet and not addressing it. Constant level of stress imposed on members. Heavy workload and no structured lunch break because everyone eats at their desk. You are working at odd times of the day and night, including weekends. If you are not within their inner circle, you are not getting paid well. A lot of favoritism in this company. Members are not held to the same standards. No communication is made when members part ways with the company until their email bounces.

Pros

I left a career which I had build with over 20 years of experience to come to Sunbit. A choice which I have no regrets! I've been here a little over a year now and have seen this company grow faster then I expected. The level of experience and drive at this company motivates me to do more and be better. Being a Start-up, its all hands on deck and you really see this at Sunbit. The management team works right with you. The VPs are out in the field working with each team member to help them have the tools and confidence to grow this into an amazing company. When you visit the office (which is a rarity these days), the CEO will pull up a chair next to you to listen your ideas. Each team member here has something special to contribute and is well recognized.

Cons

You have to put in the work! It's not because you have to, it's because everyone around you is doing the same, so it motivates you!

Pros

I worked at Sunbit for a year and 3 months. I was a recent college graduate when I was hired, and the VP of Operations took a chance on me. Within a year, I was doing manager-level work. The people are at the heart of this company, and I felt so incredibly lucky to find them. Management is truly comprised of some of the smartest, driven, and just coolest people I have ever met. They are leaders in their respective fields, and I, and any other employee that wanted to, received individualized mentorship on a regular basis. I cannot believe how much I have learned here, from management, the company culture, and from the projects I worked on, in such a short amount of time. I feel like I have grown profoundly, both personally and professionally, in a way that no other environment could have contributed to. They really care about the growth and well-being of every employee, and the company has SO much potential. In the last few months the growth has been unbelievable, and the next two years could be explosive. Sunbit has already had such a tangible impact on the lives of many people (every employee could see that), and their mission has the potential to reach hundreds of millions of people. Everyone at Sunbit is committed to this mission, and we all worked with this in mind.

Cons

Not a typical 9-5 job. Can include a good amount of travel, depending on the role.
