The facade they build... sounds good, looks good.

Cons

They don't care about you. They will fire you if your cool or have a personality. They only want brown nose people who keep They mouths shut. Training is a joke. I heard more about a dog than company policies.

Where do I begin, this has to be the work experience ever. You have unrealistic expectations placed on you which are almost unattainable made worse by the worst inexperienced and unprofessional management staring over you like hawks. Pay is low. Morale is zero. Management is childish.

Pros

Coworkers are the best part of the job and help make the day bearable. The product itself works and is easy to pitch once you get someone on the phone.

Cons

There is no real training — it’s more of a sink or swim approach. The role is a grind-heavy outbound position with unrealistic expectations. Quotas are based on deals closing, which you don’t control, instead of actual pipeline activity. Compensation is low compared to the workload and industry standards. Career growth is unclear and leadership often overpromises opportunities that don’t materialize. Burnout is common and turnover is high because people feel stuck.
