Pros

This is a wonderful company to work for that has a socially conscious culture. The leadership strives to empower the employees to grow both professionally and personally. Suncrest promotes values that every individual shared belief makes a difference. Everyone has a voice and the leadership does a great job to make it a delightful experience to be a part of this company.

Cons

I truly cannot think of a con to this company. If I had to think of one, it is a con to the industry of having to rotate to take call on holidays. But everyone is a team player and every person helps out with this rotation.

Pros

The team at Suncrest is the most friendly and enthusiastic team I have ever worked with. The camaraderie is incredible and makes for a great working environment. It's rare that you love a job and look forward to working, but this company does a great job at making work enjoyable, even on the hard days.

Cons

It's a rapidly growing company which can make days very busy.
