Pros
Great benefits package including the ESOP (stock ownership). The company is doing well and the stock price is expected to go up significantly over the next several years. Weekly paychecks are great. Bonuses twice a year are great (we don't always get them but when the company is doing well, we do). I've always felt great support from senior management and executive management
Cons
Only 12 vacation days the first year. 17 vacation days the second year is not too bad. The last several companies I have worked for have had more vacation days so this was tough the first year. The company is constantly trying to improve. If you don't like to try new things or don't like change, you might find it tough to work here. All the changes are because the company is striving to do better. Sometimes the changes don't work out as well as planned but most of the time they do and it makes the company stronger.
