      Pros

      Exciting, Forward-looking company that makes investments in its people, innovation and technology. 100% Employee Owned, ESOP company gives you a share in the success of the company. Although they try to promote within, they have attracted some amazing talent from outside the organization (and in some cases outside of the industry) that keep perspectives fresh and interesting.

      Cons

      There has been a tendency in the past to put more emphasis on revenue and growth over execution and profit. We seam to teeter-totter with this balance over time which can be interpreted as a lack of consistency in vision, leadership and direction. That being said, I feel like Sundt is gaining traction again and headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      PTO doesn't carry over at the end of the physical year unless you get it approved first.

      Sundt is a good solid company

      Pros

      ESOP and bonus program can be great when the company makes money. Decent work life balance most of the time. Lots of good people work at Sundt. Very ethical.

      Cons

      It can take a long time for employees to get promoted and it's difficult when others are hired in over the long term people. Growing the company has expanded the work out of town, which can be hard on families. It can be difficult to use your PTO due to project committments and we have a use it or lose it plan. Good people can get pigeon holed, because they're good at something mgmt tends to keep them there.
