There are some really hard working people on the front lines but the Manager's hands are tied in trying to establish a good culture.

Cons

Too many: no onboarding or training, good ol' boys mentality in leadership, poor communication, departments have failed because upper management wouldn't listen and implement changes - and then threw their teams under the bus to protect themselves, poor or no incentives. Even most of the Executive team sit back and just watch as a few make cuts and decisions that impact the Bank's employees, culture and reputation. Leadership's words mean nothing, they will lie with a straight face and watch others drown. Huge employee turnover.
