Company has a pro business mentality. Customer service is high priority to the front line staff. Flexible work schedule and business casual work attire year round!

Cons

The company has older staff from top to bottom. Culture change is non-existent. Communication of directives is poor. Pay is on the bottom of the scale but they do have an incentive program that could make up the difference.
