When you are the new person you are the golden child, they act like they like your ideas and suggestions, but it goes in 1 ear and out the other.

Cons

Lack of enough employees in the department to do the job. Always filling in for other employees because of high turn over. People don't want to do their job and when you point out they missed part of the process they tell you to do it they don't have time to go back and fix it.

The experience I gained here, professionally as well as having to deal with small minded folk, opened the door to the fantastic position I have now.

Cons

Constantly bullied and harassed daily about things that had nothing to do with my work. I dreaded going to work every day. Team Bully aka "Team Lead" was so miserable and jealous, she would act like a kindergarten teacher and tell grown adults when they could and could not get up from their desks as well as use the restroom. She would also come to work with covid and cough all over the entire dept. The happiest day of my life was the day I left.
