Smaller market branches are lagging behind larger markets as expected. They are not equipped with the same personnel yet expected to perform at the same basis, so this can be an unfair measure when hitting growth goals.

Worked with some good people and made long lasting connections. Benefits were good and good 401k program.

Cons

Terrible executive management. Ruling by intimidation is typical. Very difficult to work here if you have worked for a top/major bank. They think they are a big fish in a little pond.
