      Pros

      Nothing , the worst place to work because the upper management want always to get you crazy with different ways.

      Cons

      The upper management wants always to drop responsibilities of the bad production to new spv and they kick you away with the first opportunity... The last place you want to work. Nobody from the near city xanthi work there because everybody knows the toxic atmosphere.

      Pros

      Compensation package and literally nothing else.

      Cons

      Toxic management, absolutely no transparency, culture of lies and absurd decisions. High turnover; no serious professional survives more than few months. Growing only through questionable acquisitions. It’s just a matter of time to drive the company to the ground.
