      Very bad technical lead and guidance from supervisors and Managers. No New inhouse products designed. Zero efficiency. Politics and public relations over technical knowledge

      - Unqualified managers - A lot of pressure on deliverables because they have unrealistic timelines - Not very friendly envirmoment - Social skills and contacts get you on top

      Pros

      -Most people are either young or very openminded -Most managers, supervisors etc really seek their people best interest - Salaries are quite good considering the market's current situation and employee's skillset - Constant training opportunities

      Cons

      -Obvious lack of organisation and little clarity to department's structure -Not the best equipment and tools (e.g. computers) -Most supervisors lack HR skills and managers don't care much about the team's coherence or spirit unless it will affect the job direclty
