- you feel you work in a big company....the first 10 days - salaries on time -work/life balance

Cons

- chaos, noone knows who is responsible for anything -things run too slow -no personal development and advancement if you do not have good connections withn the company, cliques run the show -you can be fired anytime if you dont have good connections

Pros

-Most people are either young or very openminded -Most managers, supervisors etc really seek their people best interest - Salaries are quite good considering the market's current situation and employee's skillset - Constant training opportunities

Cons

-Obvious lack of organisation and little clarity to department's structure -Not the best equipment and tools (e.g. computers) -Most supervisors lack HR skills and managers don't care much about the team's coherence or spirit unless it will affect the job direclty

Toxic enviroment, no respect in social life,verbal abuse, communication and administration between departments is a mess and every day problems problems and new problems. Stay away if you want to stay healthy!!
