Cliks run the show.Close friends and family along with Yes men run the company.No real chance for personal growth.Anyone who is different gets fired and labeled "not good for us". Top management is a joke! Currrent CEO has not worked in his entire life anywhere else than Sunlight, getting promotions every 6-12 months... HR is aware of the problems but do nothing since they get their salaries.

Disrespectful, verbal abuse and shouting, constantly threatening people. Messy, no idea about operations or sales. Some are unemployable elsewhere. Your only job as is to try to keep customers from leaving after all the mishaps with their orders. The management left untouched the old deep state regime, which is like buying a new car and cleaning it with the same dirty old brush. Big mistake. If you join that company, you will regret it. No opportunities for advancement, if you joined as a janitor, after ten years, you'll still be a janitor, with the same salary or even less and the same bosses!!!!Stay away. Awful environment.
