Good starting hourly pay rate. You can set your own schedule.

Cons

No raises in 3.5 years. Sometimes difficult to get clients in your areas. No pay for paperwork and prep.

Pros

This is a great place to work if you don't like being micro-managed. You get client's and can create your own schedule. Working with the clients is extremely rewarding and as a therapist you can make your own lessons to help with the clients targets.

Cons

If a client cancels you don't get paid, most therapists are not employees and sub-contractors so there are not any benefits.
