Pros

-The coworkers always pitched in to help each other as well as cover breaks if needed or take on more kids if coworkers were out/we were down people that day. -Kiddos are super cute and fun to work with, and you do feel like you're making a difference and every day feels different/variety in workdays!

Cons

-Some management was more understanding than others, especially when training new staff. It was a little bit of a roll of the dice how your workload/stress would be, depending on who your BCBA was. -Some initial cliquey-ness at beginning with some coworkers and management, almost like you had to prove yourself -Can be a really emotionally intense job depending on the day.
