I've worked at my store for 6 years since I was in highschool. Your experience will depend completely on your manager, Mine was great and treated everyone like family.

Cons

If someone does not show up to relive you, it is possible you will be stuck at work. pay is not great but you are able to earn raises depending on your stores policies. The general public is the biggest problem with any gas station job.
