Pros
I worked with really great people. Don't know much about the company. But loved the gas station i worked at. It was very clean and well managed.
Cons
There were some things that weren't so great and these things apply to most jobs. I wouldn't say it was a dead end job because the manager definitely gave more responsibility and higher earnings to those that were with the station for longer.
