Managers were vindictive to their subordinates. Some used select employees to "spy" and report on other people's activities.

Typical gas station environment. Medium workload. Friendly regulars if you are in a neighborhood store. Clean stores if corporately owned.

Cons

Hours can be crazy sometimes. Occasional unreasonable/drunk/angry/theif people. High robbery chances. I was robbed three times at one store.
