Pros
Very simple and no need of too much work because it's easy going and there's not to much customers. This is a very low paying job, and usually given to a lot of people that still don't have citizenships.
Cons
Management doesn't care, there's no compensation for workers, they just go day by day doing the same things, and no one actually does their work on the higher level when asked of doing something.
