      Pros

      Very simple and no need of too much work because it's easy going and there's not to much customers. This is a very low paying job, and usually given to a lot of people that still don't have citizenships.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care, there's no compensation for workers, they just go day by day doing the same things, and no one actually does their work on the higher level when asked of doing something.

      Pros

      Freedom of professional decision making while doing your job, good pay and benefits. Good coworkers and professional environment to work in. Resource at your finger tips like industry and Company standards, OEMS-Operations excellence management system updating data base of information for lessons leanred. Management importance to safety and environmental issues and employee training is all great things about the company. Company can improve performance by being more formal follow up on employee project performance. Company has vulnerable position in the industry as only participating in sweet crude refinning and no exploration or resources for basic raw material - crude oil.

      Limited promotional opportunities at all levels.

      Great manager but team can be quite cliquey if you don't fit in, great demanding work

      Cons

      Culture fit is not the best but if you are able to fit in then I would say it's amazing
