Pros

My management team was nice. The area of work performed was random and diversified. Although I was a little peon, others seemed to still be respectful towards me.

Cons

Lack of internal promotion. No bonuses except for management. Pay increases weren't great. Internal communication was okay, but major occurrences typically weren't communicated, yet had to be "found out".

Highly stressful, low engagement of employees, low recognition and praise, expectations that are almost impossible for anyone to acheive.

Pros

Never a dull moment. Taking care of our senior is a rewarding and dynamic job.

Cons

The low level of pay makes it difficult to recruit and retain knowledgeable and valuable employees. Local management is great; however, the corporation seems to be only looking at short term profits and not investing in their employees.
