Flexibility, working with the residents is great, friendly hardworking people

Little room for career growth, can get emotional when residents get ill, can be extremely hectic working environment or extremely unexciting

Pros

The staff is PHENOMINAL! They have a knack for picking out not only talented people but most important, people with huge hearts and a true passon for servicing seniors. I've never worked with such wonderful people. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and feels as it should, like a loving home- can't beat that for a work environment! Leadership is wonderful...they really value each team member. And, I've never seen any company live, eat, sleep and breathe their mission statement and principles of service.....it's the backbone of the company and makes each of us proud to work there.

Cons

Hours can be a tad demanding but that's with any job....other than that, no cons to report!

the residents and the dedicated frontline team members

Cons

shady business practices. policies, rules, regs and laws not being followed.. worse yet, violations are "allowed" or "ignored" by middle AND upper management. it's almost like a cult there. if you do whatever you're told to do even though it's non-compliant, unethical or illegal, you become the company's "favorite", get all the favorable treatment and have a "blind side" turned toward you so you can do whatever! this includes the leadership at the community level
