You get work with seniors.

This is an organization of absolute ineptitude from top to bottom. When a talented employee is hired, their success hampered by the inability of colleagues and upper management to work together as a team. Therefore, these employees leave and the bottom rungs of the ladder get promoted to fill roles that they are not qualified for.
