Pros

During busy times you can almost earn whatever you want by volunteering for over-time cleaning the big rental houses and cabins. The work atmosphere is casual and stress free. Lunches are eaten in the housekeeping dept. or on site if you are cleaning a large house. The workers are very cooperative and friendly. Everything is done as a group with a common goal.

Cons

Summertime is slow. The place is remote. Bring your own lunch.

Pros

The management will sttart you off with many expectations and good benefits as compared to other resorts in the area.

Cons

Be careful to not let upper level management indirectly pressure the employee into getting lost in an overload of added projects.
