Pros

Remote work is convenient as an option, and the pay isn't terrible for the nature of the work. Schedule is really relaxed once you know your stuff, and they are usually willing to work with you on it.

Cons

Overly managed as one would expect from a large corporation. It's hard to really be heard depending on who the manager is, and you're mostly seen as a metric.
